IBS - Burping, Gas built up. Simple concoction to relief stomach bloating

This week's tip is on removing gas build up in the stomach. As an IBS sufferer, you know that one of IBS pains is caused by gas buildup. If you are a female and have PMS at the same time, this gas buildup can agrevate the pain by 5 to 10 times.

So this remedy is really going to helpful.

You need.
1) Hot boiling water (one cup)
2) 1 teaspoon of crushed halba (an indian spice - fenugreek)
3) 1/2 teaspoon of cumin

Pour in the hot water and leave for 15 mins to set. The Halba and Cumin will expand. Sieve and drink only the water. The liquid will be brownish colour.

Sip the liquid while it is hot. Drink after a meal.

I have been trying this for the past 3 weeks and it works wonders. It really bring out the gas via burping initially and then the stomach becomes calm... What a feeling!

You can use this as often as you want and it is not harmful.
