Relief Tips after food

Hi friends

I have been trying this out for the last two weeks and it seems to work for me.
I guess I am one of those lucky ones who is not lactose intolerant.

I take a cup of voghurt immediately after a meal. You need to remember that IBS sufferers cannot take a heavy meal, just little meals at a time and only with safe foods. I still do not drink any liquid immediately either. It seems that my stomach settles quite well. Sometimes it is so good that I don't even remember that I have IBS. Also, I make the yoghurt myself.

Only after 30mins later, I take a warm cup of water. For the last two weeks, I feel that my stomach has been behaving quite well.
