In this post wanted to share my nightly ritual for the past 8 months. I can feel that my IBS-C has given me less problems.
A glass of fresh carrot juice. It takes about 4 to 5 medium size ones to get me one glass of juice. I drink it immediately so that oxidation does kill all the nutrients. After many years of suffering IBS-C, you know your body and sometimes when I feel I need extra ammunition for the 'C' part, I drink about 100ml of prune juice.
I sometimes eat an apple - peeled just to add more fiber. This takes some time to work but the key factor is 'consistency' - that is to say - do it everyday.
