What is constipation? It generally agreed that if one does not have bowel movement less than 3 times a week and stools are general hard, then it is considered that you have constipation.
Having constipation is not just a physically discomfort but it is also unhealthy. Our waste contains toxins and keeping waste in the body and being unable to pass it out means that there is a lot of toxins in the body. An overload of toxins compromises our immune system which will cause illness, allegies and poor digestion.
Chronic constipation can make your life miserable and is often associated with increase risk of colon cancer. Thus it is important to practice good hygiene by cleaning your colon once in awhile.
The cause of constipation - lack of exercise, diet, stress and dehydration are the main culprits.

Your blog is very nice..and i had some points..If you suffer regularly from constipation, don’t feel it’s a problem that won’t ever go away. It’s usually caused by what we eat and how active we are, so it can be quite easy to prevent constipation from happening at all.
