Patting to get the gas out

hi Friends

I hope this blog finds you well.

I was thought about this by a Yoga guru. I suffer from gas buildup and there is simple exercise which you can do to get this gas out.

Close all the fingers in a palm (doesn't matter right or left) and then hit gently, just above the navel for about 20 mins. You will experience some gas movements - either burping or flatulence. With the release of gas, it will provide you some conform from IBS gas buildup
