Yogurt .. The magic of yogurt

Hi

Just wanted to shout this out. Yogurt - the best food ever.

If there was any food which I can attribute to helping me heal my IBS, it will be YOGURT!
I know some people are milk intolerant but you can get Soya based Yogurt. I am not milk intolerant so I eat it by the 'tons'... maybe not that much.

Over the last 2 years, my days of IBS symptoms has slowly but surely diminishing... (maybe that is why I have not regularly posted on my blog recently.. he he) I am enjoying life. Within a month, maybe I will get only one day of discomfort and that is not even serious - perhaps a lot of burping and a little bloating but that's it.

My regime of using only natural methods - food especially and exercises has paid off in a big way. Sorry if I am bragging.. I am happy.

  1. Too bad I have lactose intolerance :( I think the reason why eating yogurt helps in relieving IBS is because it contains Lactobacillus acidophilus which is a friendly bacteria that helps in proper digestion of food.

    Have you tried soya based yogurt.
    it will also give you the good bacteria you need.
