I have rediscovered Cod Live Oil.
I used to take them when I was young and hated it. I have read a number of research and also talked to number of people about it and they have nothing but the best to say about the oil except for the taste...

Anyway, here are some information I have gathered. It has plenty of

Omega-3 - a very important ingredient for good heart. It is great for prevention and 'recovery' from heart disease and cancer. Both of these nutrients help fight inflammation and build the immune system, so critical to restoring digestive health, especially in persons with inflammatory bowel disease.
