Simple foods and my IBS

Hi

I notice that I am more comfortable eating simple foods e.g. simple sandwiches with plenty of vegetable, congee with steam fish and lightly fried vegetables, plenty of fruits.

When I eat that for lunch or dinner, not only do I feel great and light but somehow it is 99% a good IBS day. However, my business requires me to have business lunches and dinners and most times it is heavy meals with sophoticated cooking styles and plenty of exotic spices. I am a glutton when it comes to food so I normally lend up to having a lousy day. Can you imagine someone who loves food and cannot eat! It is like not having a arm!
