Stress and IBS

HI

When I was really suffering from IBS and was searching for methods to relieve the symptoms, I kept asking why am I suffering like this. Why me?

I often became very frustrated. The more frustrated I was, the more stressed I became. And then I noticed that my IBS became worst. The more stressed I was, the worst my IBS became. It became a vicious cycle.

I have to be honest. I have a terrible temper and get angry pretty fast. So my stress level went up and my IBS got worst.

I knew I had to do something about my stress level, or at least learn to manage my stress level.
One trick I learn from Chris is first face up to my situation - accept my situation. Don't play the "Why me?" game.
It took me some time but when I finally 'conquered' my mind, I also 'conquered my stress'.

This is one of my key strategies to naturally manage my IBS. (Notice. I say 'my', you must accept that it is yours).

So get your stress level down and it will become the basis of your natural healing.

Terry.
